PRIVACY NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

(Art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR)

1. Purpose of Processing and Legal Basis

The personal data collected (first name, last name, company, email address) will be processed for the following purposes:

a) Management of registration and participation in events (in-person or online) organized by Dynexa Solutions S.r.l. (including the sending of operational communications).

Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

b) Sending of informational and promotional communications relating to products, services, events, or initiatives of Dynexa Solutions S.r.l., including via email ("direct marketing").

Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.

2. Processing Methods

Processing will be carried out using IT and telematic tools, adopting security measures adequate to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the data.

3. Data Recipients

The data may be processed by authorized internal personnel and by technical service providers (e.g., videoconferencing or email delivery systems), appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data will not be disclosed to third parties or disseminated.

4. Data Retention

Data collected for event management purposes will be retained until the end of the event and for a maximum of 6 months thereafter for administrative and follow-up purposes.
Data collected for marketing purposes will be retained until consent is withdrawn and, in any case, for no longer than 24 months.

5. Data Subject Rights

At any time, the data subject may exercise the rights provided for under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including the right to:

obtain access to their data and its rectification or erasure
object to the processing
withdraw consent
request data portability

Requests should be sent to: info@dynexasolutions.it. It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) (www.garanteprivacy.it).

6. Nature of Data Provision

The provision of data is:

mandatory for the purpose of event participation (otherwise it will not be possible to process the registration),
optional for marketing communications (failure to authorize this does not affect participation in the event).

7. Transfers Outside the EU

The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. Any future transfers will be carried out in compliance with Chapter V of the GDPR.

8. DPO

Dynexa Solutions S.r.l. has not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as it does not fall within the cases provided for under Art. 37 GDPR.
