Sales Excellence is an intelligent sales assistant available directly within Microsoft Teams, designed to support sales teams across the entire sales lifecycle through natural language conversations, with seamless integration into Dynamics 365 Sales and ERP systems like SAP, JDE, Dynamics 365 or Business Central.

Through a simple conversation in Teams, sales representatives can create a new opportunity, generate a sales quote or manage both in a single, integrated flow, by providing only essential information such as the customer name and the products or services involved. Sales Excellence guides users in completing missing details and automatically updates the CRM.

​

When handling quotes, Sales Excellence manages the full Quote Management process: discount requests are validated in real time against approval and delegation limits, approval workflows are automatically initiated for special pricing conditions, inventory availability is checked and allocation requests are submitted when required. During the interaction, the agent provides insight into quote profitability, margins and sales performance. Once finalized, the quote is generated as an official document and sent to the customer—without leaving Teams.

In parallel, Sales Excellence delivers immediate Customer Insights, enabling users to retrieve key customer information such as revenue, order history, open issues, payment status, and overall customer reliability. Based on these insights, the agent supports visit planning, suggesting optimal dates and times according to the sales representative’s existing commitments and providing travel directions.

To further optimize field activities, Sales Excellence recommends nearby customer appointments based on the sales representative’s customer portfolio. After each meeting, the agent facilitates the creation of a structured visit report, transforming meeting notes into a CRM-ready record.

With its native integration into Microsoft Teams, Sales Excellence acts as a single conversational entry point for managing opportunities, quotes, and customer relationships—driving higher productivity, better decision-making, and faster execution throughout the sales process.
