About the Role
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Business Consultant to join our consulting team. The resource will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, acting as the key liaison between the client and the technical team.
Requirements
Key responsibilities
Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements.
Design and configure solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, dashboards and processes.
Define and deliver solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Prepare functional documentation (requirements, specifications, test cases).
Support users during UAT and deliver training sessions.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure delivery of customizations and extensions.
Required skills
Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Knowledge of core functional modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Preferred qualifications
Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel when required.
Experience working in Agile environments.
